The CWD200T is built for versatility, able to operate with both air DTH hammer drilling and mud drilling techniques. The centralized control console simplifies manipulation and control, enabling faster operations that boost overall work efficiency.

All essential components, including the primary drive system, gearbox, double-winch unit, mud pump, turntable, drilling tower, and feed system, are mounted on the sturdy chassis, promoting stability and reliability during operations. Known as a hydraulic rotary rig, it can use a BW450 mud pump to drill through clay, sand, and rock with the appropriate bits.

The power for this advanced rig is sourced from a Yuchai engine, with an alternative option being the 80kw Yunnei engine that drives a high displacement, high-pressure plunger pump. This ensures dynamic power while guaranteeing stable operations. Its rotary head features a dual gear design with a rotation speed ranging from 45 to 140 RPM, allowing for stepless adjustments of the rotary torque.

Moreover, the pulling force is adjustable, enabling the rig to adapt specifically for deep hole drilling. A generator can be incorporated for welding needs or illuminating the work area during nighttime. The main winch further enhances operational efficiency, particularly in muddy or weathered formations.

With hydraulic control over the four landing legs and drilling tower, as well as hydraulic operation for the transfer case and mud pump clutch system, the CWD200T offers seamless functionality.
