Operation Steps of Vertical Pressure Steam Sterilizer
Sterilizer is an instrument that can kill or remove all microorganisms on the transmission medium, including bacterial spores and non-pathogenic microorganisms. There are usually three methods: moist heat sterilization, dry heat sterilization, and chemical sterilization.
Regarding the operation steps of vertical pressure steam sterilizer, before the machine works, turn on the power switch and connect the power. After the controller enters the working state, the following operations can be started.
1. Rotate the handwheel to open the outer bucket cover, take out the mesh basket, and take out the water baffle.
2. Close the drain valve tightly, add clean water to the outer barrel, and the water level reaches the foot of the barrel (under the baffle). When using it continuously, the amount of water must be replenished after each time.
3. The fully automatic vertical high-pressure steamer is placed back on the water-retaining plate and the mesh basket. After the items are wrapped, they are placed in the mesh basket in sequence, leaving a gap between them, which is conducive to the penetration of steam and improves the effect.
4. Push the outer lid so that the lid of the container is aligned with the mouth of the barrel. Rotate the handwheel clockwise until the door closing indicator light is off, make the container lid and the barrel mouth plane completely close, and make the interlocking device fit with the gear recess.
5. Connect one end of a rubber tube to the air release pipe, insert the other end into a container filled with cold water, and close the manual air release valve tightly (close clockwise and open counterclockwise).
6. During the heating and heating process, when the temperature controller shows that the temperature is less than 102 degrees, the solenoid valve controlled by the temperature controller will automatically release steam to remove the cold air in the barrel. When a large amount of air is still being released, the manual air release valve is not closed tightly, and it should be closed in time; when the steam pressure (temperature) in the automatic vertical high-pressure steamer rises to the required pressure (temperature) value, the timing indicator light will be on.
7. When the set temperature and time are completed, the electric control device will automatically turn off the heating power, the "work" indicator and the "timer" indicator will be off, accompanied by a buzzer to remind, and the panel will display "End", at this point, when the pressure in the container drops to close to the "zero" position due to cooling, open the cover to take out the sample.
