1. How many pallet loads are you wrapping per day? This helps to determine the right range of machine you will need for optimal performance and film efficiency.
2. How heavy is the product you are wrapping? Different models have different maximum weight capacities. If your pallets exceed 4400lbs then a different style machine such as a rotary arm or mobile pallet wrapper would be a good choice.

Other Types of Pallet Wrappers to Consider:

A simple and seemingly obvious way to save on stretch wrap costs is to buy in bulk. With costs continually rising, finding a supplier that offers volume discounts with reduced freight charges can offset these increases. If you're low on free space to stock bulk packaging materials, inquire about a vendor managed inventory program to have off-site inventory delivered as needed.

Upgrade or Optimize Your Stretch Wrappers
